About the Space
A modern Cafe converted from a bank, our space is perfect for: receptions, off-sites, holiday parties, presentations, product launches, dinners, cocktail receptions, and anything else your team comes up with! Our 1500 sq ft space is located in the heart of downtown Baltimore. Features: - Charming open space for a unique atmosphere. - Flexible arrangement for tables and chairs - Large windows looking out into the city - Functional kitchen - A backroom that can be used as a changing area. We offer catering services. Please inquire about are food, beverages, coffee, bar etc. We customize our service to meet your needs. Tables and chairs are included. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space is a converted bank originally built in the late 1800's and has many original qualities still intact. It is a full service Cafe during the day. We are a few blocks from the inner harbor, there are tons of hotels and parking to choose from. A great central location near other restaurants, bars and Baltimore attractions.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Highly recommend! We hosted a surprise 70th bday party for about 65+ people and it went as well as we could have imagined it. David was highly communicative and helpful throughout the process. Would absolutely book again.

Beautiful location and a very helpful host. David was great to communicate with before the event and the on-site manager, Cathy, was helpful during set-up and tear-down. Food and drinks were delicious and the staff was friendly and professional.

For mother's day it's so much fun to bring together the women in both sides of my wife's and my family and friends to socialize and enjoy a celebrating making them feel special with entertainment, games, good food in an ideal location in Baltimore. This year I decided to host our fantastic dinner party at a restaurant.. We selected Dave and Dave because it has great space great for the 75-80 people who attended. The restaurant was also incredibly flexible about decorating the area. We were able to bring anything in and arrange any tables and chairs to suite us and our vibe. I’ve never hosted a party at a restaurant, but I would definitely will be doing it again here next year. Fantastic place for a fabulous time. Thank the staff and participants for the great assistance provided
