Jessica M. booked a graduation party for 75 people
Great space. Very special opportunity. Stairs to go up to enter. Stairs to use the bathroom. Great parking options nearby. The move out process is kind of tight and no propping doors l, which are very heavy, so add about 30 minutes on when planning. However, DJ with large equipment was able to use side door. David helped me out when I forgot cups! There’s a team member on site during the event. They still allowed privacy. Tall ceilings and grand place but not too fancy. Just right for anything. Even a wedding for a creative person. Not sure what the interaction with the proprietor is like at the beginning of the event because I was not there, but they do provide a sheet with instructions and rules.

Excellent space and catering if you select this venue. Dave and his team can accommodate diverse catering options. The space was maintained well and takes you back in time with the early 20th century architecture of an old bank. Plenty of parking around the site as well. Simply awesome and my guests of nearly 40 people all enjoyed!
Lynnea W. booked a 40th birthday party for 60 people
Gorgeous space. Initial communication with the owner, David, was acceptable; however, his in-person demeanor is a bit off-putting but I really wanted the space so I dismissed it. During the party, I picked up a glass and it shattered in my hand, cutting my left index finger deeply, causing it to bleed profusely. After finally stopping the bleeding, I brought this to David’s attention. There was a complete lack of concern on his part. “I guess you’re stronger than you thought,” he said. I’m not sure in what world, I could casually break a rocks glass but I did not want to damper the mood of the party so I dismissed it (again). Separately, a friend noticed a long crack on a glass she was drinking from and brought it to his attention - to which he said "it must have happened when you 'clinked' your glasses.'" Again, I’m not sure what clientele he’s accustomed to but I’ve never seen anyone damage a glass from toasting. (There wasn’t even a toast!) I completely understand my cut was a freak accident but there should have been SOME concern from the owner other than “we quality check all of our glassware.” I’ve worked in several restaurants and bars. Management would’ve done everything possible to make sure the customer was ok. Thankfully, there was no major damage to my finger. Seven weeks later, it still isn’t fully healed (which is normal for fingers) and there’s intermittent pain. So, if you don’t have to interact too much with David, go for it but bring your own drinkware!
Laura N. booked a farewell party for 50 people
The location was already a spectacular venue with floor to ceiling windows and gold trim; add decoration for your event and it becomes grand! Pictures do not do any justice! From beginning to end, David was an amazing host and was able to provide extra services and accommodate our needs. The existing bar made it easy to provide refreshments for the party, and there was space to get ready. There is a parking garage directly across the street that was inexpensive and also free parking on the street after a specific time. Will book again and have already recommended the venue to others. :)
