Pictures is our grand hall that can be used to headquarter your production. *Dates available in May, June, August, September, October & select winter dates. This is a stunning 180 acre facility located on a beautiful pond in Naples, Maine. With almost a mile in shorefront property along a crystal clear pond, indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate productions of all sizes, and just about every outdoor scene you can think of - your production will be world-class. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
