Down the street from Rio Washingtonian and Downtown Crowne, and easily accessible from I-270, I-495 and the Shady Grove Red Line Metro Stop, guests will love your next party or event hosted in this private clubroom with adjacent entertaining kitchen. Featuring WiFi, billiards, TVs and a photo worthy fireplace our clubroom comfortably hosts (45 of people). Invite guests to mix and mingle between the clubroom and entertaining kitchen for catering, drinks, and desserts and then bring the party fireside for games and fun. Access to entertaining kitchen is included in clubroom rental. - Bar in kitchen with 10 bar stools, 5 on each side - 3 one-on-one table with two chars on each side - 1 high top table with 3 bar stools -2 couches that seat 4 people each -4 lounge chairs - One 70' inch TV, one 60’ inch TV and two 55’ inch - WiFi - Music capability with pre-set stations. -Pool Table -Fireplace -Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, ice appliance, mini fridge FOOD & BEVERAGE All catering services must be coordinated by Peerspace Concierge Team ([email protected]). Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space. Parties larger than 30 people or where alcohol will be served will require one-time insurance. We accept insurance purchased from www.eventhelper.com, Peerspace’s recommended provider. Depending on your event, these policies have a one-time fee of about $50-$140. The Peerspace guest booking the space is required to sign a supplemental agreement prior to the event. Our space, including all outdoor areas, is entirely smoke-free and pet-free. We do not allow drugs or drug-related events. Services animals are welcome. We recommend you tour the space to make sure it suits your needs. Your reservation should include time for set up, clean up, and removal of any personal items. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Cleaning fee is included in the total cost, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in and dispose of all trash. All deliveries and catering need to be approved and communicated to host in advance. In addition to catering, the Peerspace Concierge Team can assist clients in need of other equipment, furnishings, and services to make your event a success. Please take great care of our space. No penetrating items (i.e. nails, etc.) should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Miscellaneous requirements: Signs and displays are subject to Host’s approval. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. No amplified music is allowed.
