Centrally located in the historic Baur's Building in Downtown Denver, this training room is located in a brand new workspace in the Denver Theatre District and Central Business District. The perfect mix of inspiration, work, and play. This spacious training room is approximately 1,000 square feet and features seating for over 50 people. Built in 1881, Baur's was home to O.P. Baur Confectionary and was a virtual palace of sweets: cases of candy, cakes, ice cream, a soda fountain, and more. Today, this three story building has all the modern amenities a coworking office demands and remnants of its architectural history remain including exposed brick walls, timber ceilings, and metal star bolts. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Jose was so friendly and accommodating. He was very quick to reply and answer all the questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The space was absolutely perfect as well. He even had a pot of coffee ready for the group! Would highly recommend!

Overall fun unique space with good community areas for participants to gather. Entrance into building was challenging at the time reservation started and caused delays in participants arriving. Would be helpful do not disturb signs or something indicating a meeting is taking place in the room we were in. Lots of noise coming from the kitchen area that traveled into the room we were in.

Morgan was amazing and the venue is the best I have ever booked. Everything worked as it should. Very spacious and incredibly clean! I highly recommend.

Great space and great staff. Would recommend. They do need to update their projecting system to allow for people to more easily project and acoustics were not that great but overall really great experience.
