Thank You! :) The space is a Colombian coffee shop located in the heart of the Roosevelt neighborhood of Seattle, inside the Mio Apartment building, across from Roosevelt High School. It is an approachable, purposefully luxurious fine dining style cafe that is meticulously clean and maintained. Key Details: - 40 seats - 2 single-use bathrooms - Free street parking in the surrounding area - Floor to ceiling windows - Additional outdoor patio seating and tables available for warmer temperatures - Side accordion wall opens up all the way, inviting guests to move in and out of the space, providing an open-air experience. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Absolutely PERFECT venue for a medium-sized gathering. Hosts are super easy to work with. We had catering delivered, used the venue's plates, glasses, cutlery, and was just a great space to mingle. Good sound system, plenty of ice and fridge space! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful hosts and wonderful space! And just the right amenities for our daughters graduation party. The owners were so easy to work with and we were able to make the party just like we had envisioned for our 50 plus guests. Thank-you!

This space was perfect our wedding welcome. The hosts were very clear and accommodating about what was available or not and has simple rules to follow in order to keep the place in shape. Everyone we invited also thought it was a beautiful space. I would book again for future events.

I rented out this space for my engagement party and it was perfect! The space was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The staff was amazing to work with and will 100% be recommending this to my friends who are looking for any future events!
