Bright and Spacious Multi-Purpose Clubroom/ Game Room Perfect for Your Next Event!

The space was just like in the pictures - nicely furnished and a good-sized space for people to interact. Got lots of compliments.

Amazing venue!

I had a wonderful experience with this venue! It was spacious and beautifully naturally decorated- needed very few touches with my decorations for our baby shower. It is also a nice touch that we got to use the courtyard patio as part of the booking. I couldn’t give a full five stars for two reasons: 1) I had a hard time getting a hold of someone when requesting my booking. It took so long for them to reapond that the request expired and I had to resubmit and follow up by phone. 2) my event was on Sunday and their offices are closed on Sundays. So, there were no POCs that I could contact if needed the day of. One of the toilets in the women’s bathroom stopped working and there wasn’t maintenance or any one we could call to fix the issue. Overall, I loved the space and would book again!

Communication with staff was good, they were responsive and helpful. The space itself was exactly described - bright and spacious! The decor was simple and modern. Our party had about 30 people, still very roomy. The bathrooms were clean and easy to access. The only cons were the trash can and refrigerator. They both were too small for a party. I had to bring my own trash bins (large) and coolers with ice.

Overall the venue was nice and spacious, but there were a few things I would like to note. For one, the TV and fireplace is advertised as available to use, however, they were not. It would have been nice to use the TV for a slide show. Another inconvenience was they only give you one key fob for the entire venue. So that was a bit of a pain every time someone arrived or if someone stepped outside of the lounge to use the bathroom. Making sure not to lose the one fob because it's being used often. At the very last minute on Saturday, a day before the event, Property Mgmt did contact me about having their patio furniture delivered in very very huge boxes that could not be moved so there were massive boxes outside of the lounge which was bit of an eyesore. And then I'm not sure if they provide notice to the community, but there were people using the lounge when we arrived to set up. We had to ask them to leave twice. We made it work though!

Place was very nice. It was a little annoying that the staff there kind of doesn’t know much about the rental of the place. I was told on peer space that I can pick up a key fob the week of my event since it was after the staff left. I went the week of and the girl said they don’t give key fobs and that I had to be there before the last employee left so I can have access otherwise I was basically out of luck. And then she said that I should be careful when I’m setting up because the doors lock and without a key fob I would be locked out of the rental space the rest of the night with no one to let me in. So That was crazy! She also told me they could turn on the fireplace when arrive but when I got there and she said it wasn’t working ( I was disappointed since that was a huge reason we booked this place). Also I guess I’m glad that it wasn’t working because when we arrive the venue was extremely hot and of course there was none around. No number to call and all my guest were sweating. The temp inside was 76 degrees!!!! So hot! I finally ran into a maintenance guy who was kind enough to bring a fan to help out but he said he couldn’t fix the fact that it was hot because he had other things to do.
