Incredible Co-Working Space in Rincon Hill

Convenient Location and beautiful workspace.

The host was great and very responsive. The space was beautiful. We used it for an in person office day. Unfortunately, it was tough for our group because we needed more private spaces - the phone booths don't have ceilings so it's tough for two people to be in them at a time having separate private conversations. Other than that it was a good experience - just not enough private space for our group given how many phone calls we take throughout the day.

The space was clean and spacious as pictured, but I would not book here again. -Had trouble checking in on the first day as our reservation started at 9am and no one was around to let us up until 9:15 -WiFi was spotty and unstable. We had to use my coworker's phone as a hot spot just for Zoom to work seamlessly -Space was hot, especially in the afternoon with the sun beaming through the windows! The host doesn't mention until the day before that there's no AC, but says there's a portable AC we can request from the front desk. When I asked the front desk, she seemed confused and said she only knew of one that was available to staff, but later sent one up for us. And of course portable ACs are a lot more noisy than regular central air.e -We had the space reserved, but residents kept walking past the "Reserved" sign and into the space expecting to be able to use the booths. My colleague had to keep letting them know that we booked the entire place. -Closest parking was up the block, through another residential building. Pretty inconvenient if you have a lot of supplies to bring. Overall, there are a lot of better and more convenient options you can get for the price point.

Overall, the space itself is nicely decorated and there is plenty of room for breakouts and smaller meetings in conjunction with the conference room. The entire space pictured is meant to be reserved for you event. Whiteboards and an HDMI cord were also provided in the conference room. Lauren also was very responsive in advance and provided instructions including wifi instructions in advance. Unfortunately, things did not go smoothly the morning of our event. As the space is located within luxury apartments, we were not given a code to enter the building and were told the front desk would let us in. When we arrived a little before 9AM (the start of our reservation), no one was at the front desk and someone did not arrive until a little prior to 9:30AM, so our entire team was stuck outside with some other vendors that were also looking to gain access to the building. So we tried calling the host as well as every number we could for the building (front desk, maintenance, leasing, etc.), but no one picked up. When the front desk person did arrive, they were surprised we were not provided a passcode to the space, which is why they did not think we would be waiting. Another thing was when we did receive the code, no one showed us to the space and it happened that there was someone in the space when we entered, despite us thinking the full space was private. Another group of people also walked in, but I believe a sign was placed outside of the room noting our reservation after this, and no one walked in after that. The space itself and the location are great. Hopefully, the check in process can be improved for future bookings.

My team really enjoyed working from this space! It's in such a convenient spot and they had a lovely time working from here. The hosts are super responsive and helped answer my million questions very quickly. Lauren was on top of every message I sent and I was able to relay info to my team in a timely manner, which was important! We will definitely rent this spot again.
