Our Elegant Board Room is located inside of a residential apartment home community, on the 5th floor. This space is perfect for any offsite retreat, brainstorming session, or big presentation. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Private conference room with table and seating for 8 Large HD TV with HDMI capabilities Whiteboard Sink and mini-fridge Work station with computer and printer 2 small meeting rooms Private work spaces WiFi Full private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. As health and cleanliness are more top-of-mind than ever, our efforts are focused on limiting the number of event rentals during a day to allow for thorough, professional cleaning and refreshing of the space. While all efforts to provide a sanitized area will be made, we cannot be held responsible for the health of those who use the space or potentially become ill thereafter. Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Due to the ever-changing nature of COVID and the impact on our communities, amenities and availability are subject to change. We will provide as much notice as possible and work collaboratively to resolve the changes if applicable.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. We rented the space for an evening event. The room is clean and well-laid out, however the concierge desk hours were limited while we were there and guests were told by the concierge they would not be escorted to the room (located on the 5th floor, passed two locked doors), but rather to call the host and have the host open the doors for them. In addition, the front lobby door is monitored by the concierge and when the concierge is away, no one is there to open the main door. Not an ideal situation for our group, as we have guests coming one by one. Some had to wait for an apratment resident to open the door.

The FiDi board room @ 388 Beale was great. Perfect for my group of 6. Good space, loved the sink, mini fridge and counter space available outside of the room. Kayla was easy to work with and provided information on access the day before my reservation (I called her, quick and easy). Jai is the (main I believe) concierge onsite at 388 Beale and he was a joy to work with. Super helpful, friendly, courteous. I would absolutely use this space again.
