All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful Rustic Western Malibu Home sitting on 2.5 acres of open land in the hills of Malibu CA. This single story Home, features an open-concept wooded kitchen and living space; 3 bedrooms and fully remodeled bathroom with an walk in shower and sun roof. The living area includes a brick wood fireplace, and wooden rustic full wall bookshelf. The property includes a barn structure on the premises, with an accessable tractor. As well as many more outdoor amenities Including: a river bank, with a wooden bridge, orange trees, open grass lands within fence around property, dirt trails and scenic views. Great views of the Malibu Mountains from all over them home. Great for indoor and outdoor filming.

General Rules
-No Alcohol on property: unless used for shoots
-No drugs
-No smoking on the property or have a designated smoking area
-Outside catering is allowed
-No loud filming after 9:30pm
-Courteous to neighbors
-Monday through Saturday 24 hours, Sunday day time only, whenever possible, no block dates.
-Maximum 80 people
-Up to 30 cars allowed depending on the weather: Additional 2.5 acres of grass parking space
-Porn filming inside only
-Insurance is required on all shoots
-Must be okay with one to two minimum site reps.
-Talent and production Vehicles can me set up on the property
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
