- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was adequate, but did not reflect the description. We assumed parking would be available (given the listing said “Parking in the back of the building with up to 75 cars after 3:00 p.m. on workdays” and included Parking Spaces as a feature) but there was no available parking on a Wednesday afternoon. This led to delays with our meeting. Additionally, some of the furniture was quite dated, and the space was not super clean when we arrived (e.g., we had to wipe up some food debris from tables).

Great space for our baby shower. Host was very attentive, responded quickly, very flexible with movement of furniture, clean space, a lot of lighting, and helped on the floor during the party with a few minor things. A big plus was the parking in the back for convenience. I would book again!
