About the Space

Huge stand-alone home in Brooklyn with unique features Our 6,000sf home in the heart of Victorian Brooklyn and within the landmarked neighborhood of Prospect Park South, has been recently renovated from roof to basement. It has every type of space a production would look for including parking, a chef's kitchen, plenty of common space (parlor, family room, playroom, library), large front porch and balconies on every floor, fireplaces, front and back yards, an oval dining room and more. Attention: Many producers are now looking for OUTDOOR SPACE and LOTS OF ROOMS for COVID related distancing....We have BOTH! Front and backyards available for tents. Tons of rooms of various sizes for talent and staff.

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
