About the Space
Single family, ranch style home that can accommodate up to 15 people for your video or photo shoot. The large windows with shades and private outdoor spaces provide plenty of opportunity for video and photo shoots. The landscaped back yard with views of the Catalinas, as well as the neutral southwest color scheme lend itself well to branded content with a desert, southwest vibe. Double car garage and large circular driveway for additional shooting opportunities and ease of loading/unloading gear.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

We filmed a short interview at this location and it was perfect, lots of of setting options, sound was great, easy to adjust/turn on/off air, great light.
