About the Space
This space works well for small executive meetings of 6-8 people. There is a small kitchen, ideal for prepping breakfast and lunch. There are no other rooms available. There are two bathrooms. The great room is 20' x 12' with a conference table that comfortably seats 6. Wifi. Large screen TV with cables and adapters for presentations. There is a delightful patio creekside, perfect for warm weather months. This home was built in 1950 and still has that 1950s feel. It is an old-time getaway, just 12 minutes from downtown Provo up Provo Canyon in Vivian Park. Executive teams use it as a comfortable place for retreats. Catering can be included. Someone from our team may be on site throughout your stay and will remain unobtrusive. Mobile phone service is strong for most carriers.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
