About the Space

From narrative drama to indie romcoms to corporate film shooting, this location has it all! 6500 sq foot, 4000 sq foot usable shooting areas, residential property complete with 3 large bedrooms, massive modern kitchen, cathedral ceiling great hall, living rooms, garage for equipment staging and full basement with 12-foot ceiling for setting up custom sound stages. BONUS: This space is in the Mount Monadnock region of Southern New Hampshire and has many picturesque exterior locations nearby. As we are independent filmmakers by trade, we are happy to provide you with location knowledge at no extra charge. The house is approx 90 minutes' drive from the famous New Hampshire Lakes Region for any extra special exterior scenes. You are free to store unneeded equipment and vehicles at the location for a very small day-rate fee.
