All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our beautiful theater room is perfect for any social small gathering, presentation, or meeting. 15 comfortable seats allows for great views of the screen. Plenty of counter top space makes this theater perfect for serving your favorite snacks while watching the latest blockbuster hits! The space features: 15 comfortable, plush seats Mini-fridge and ample counter top space 75" TV Fully private space We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available outside the clubhouse but it can be limited. We recommend car pooling or using ride sharing services. Please note, the kitchen and private dining room space are not included in the theater room reservation.

There are 13 visitor spaces in front of the clubhouse and visitor spaces throughout the complex.
General Rules
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com
Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free.
Depending on your event, we might recommend that you provide a staff member to check in guests at the front desk of the building.
Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends.
We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event.
Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time.
For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met.
All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
