About the Space
This home is bright, open, spacious and filled with charm, warmth and elegance. The home is the location of an upcoming 2022 Amazon Prime movie, multiple commercials, and many music videos. This home is perfect for production, TV, film, commercials, music videos, photoshoots, photography, cooking shows, interviews, and social gatherings. A beautiful, stone front porch welcomes you to the home - complete with a wooden swing. The home features a large open kitchen, and family room area with a huge island, floor-to-ceiling windows, transoms, high ceilings, a stone fireplace, and beautiful hardwood floors. There are stone steps to take you into the large flat backyard with a white picket fence. There is a 25' by 30' stone courtyard area with a stone waterfall, fire pit, outdoor speakers, an outdoor tv, a seating area, twinkle lights, and a swing in the back patio area. A large glamping tent is available to be put up upon request. Basement is bright, empty and open with a finished bathroom. The home is walking distance to several restaurants and shops. This is a very safe neighborhood.

beautiful home, beautiful outdoor area. We hosted our microwedding here and it was just gorgeous. Kim was so kind and even decorated her outdoor chalkboard for us. The yard was super clean and filled with flowers and decorative plants. The indoor area was perfect for preparing food and getting ready. Highly recommend if you are planning a small wedding. We had about 25 people. Thank you Kim!!!!!!!

This place was really amazing. A nice beautiful backyard with diverse flowers and greens. There’s a beautiful stage (cemented) on one side of the backyard which was just perfect for our gender reveal function. We had an event group come and do all the decor. The host Kim, is an awesome person herself, always with a warm welcome smile! She was super accommodating for all genuine concerns/requests. All our guests really loved the location.

Kim was a great host, and the property was the perfect spot to host a bridal shower! Our party was mostly on the main floor, but there were other spaces we could have used (a very cute outdoor patio would have been great if it wasn't winter!). Kim was very responsive leading up to the shower, which was highly appreciated since I was booking from out of town. Great house, cute neighborhood, great host!
