About the Space
We have a large open floor room that can be used for meetings, venues and production. A tower and lots of unique areas for photo shoots... There is lots of spaces out side with many fruit trees. The space works great for creative photo shoots and filming. The space is very privet with security gates and no neighbor. We have lots of antique areas for photo shoots. Please let me know what you would like to reserve so we will accommodate the best we can.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

From start to finish, our experience at this venue was truly 5 stars! My wife and I hosted a small wedding with about 30 guests and 5 staff, and it was nothing short of magical. The memories we made with our loved ones will be cherished forever. Johnny V, the venue owner and host, was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. One standout moment was when our event was threatened by a mountain fire in Somis just days before our wedding. The venue was in the evacuation zone, and roadblocks were still in place the day prior. Johnny personally spoke with the officers at the roadblocks, arranging for guests to show wedding invitations to gain access—a level of dedication and customer service we’ll never forget. Thankfully, the blocks lifted, and our event went on beautifully. The venue itself was breathtaking, with string lights draped across the yard, creating a warm, intimate atmosphere. Despite the chilly November evening, Johnny provided heaters to keep everyone cozy. The property was immaculate, even after recent ashfall, and the portable bathrooms were clean and spacious. We also rented the cabin for the day, which was perfect for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready. If you're looking for a stunning venue with unmatched service, this is it. We can’t wait to return—maybe for a vow renewal or just a cabin stay!

After touring a few other venues, we found this one and knew right away that this was the place we wanted for our wedding. The pictures, while beautiful, do not do this place justice! This venue is rustic and artsy with a well manicured garden all around. The colorful flowers and trees are so lovingly taken care of that you hardly need many decorations at all. Johnny was an amazing host! He was super helpful and responsive when I had any questions. He even allowed us to stop by as needed for preparations for the wedding. He gave me contact information for caterers that he had previously done business with on his property. This made booking our taco truck super simple. We also rented the cottage for the bridal party to get ready in. We were able to stay the night for just $50 more. Cleanup at the end of the night was a breeze. We had absolutely zero stress for the wedding and for our booking. I will definitely be booking with Johnny for parties and gatherings again in the future. This is the most beautiful venue out there at such an amazing price. Thank you so much Johnny!!!

We had our wedding here this past weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments on the venue. Johnny was a fantastic host from start to finish. He was responsive, flexible, and extremely helpful, handling trash, lighting the fire pits, and making sure we had everything we needed. We wanted our wedding to feel very personal to us and this venue went a long way toward making that happen by providing a stunning backdrop for the wedding we’d put together.

Jhonny was absolutely easy to talk to and accommodated us for my daughter enchanting quincenera night .smooth,smooth ,smooth .everything went smoothly .he even recommended a few vendors. Helped us with walk through a week before the party. Everyone in my family were so impressed with the location and wondered how I found this amazing location. It’s so peaceful and I felt lucky to have the opportunity to have such a grand event in this heavenly piece of land. Thank you for making our special daughters night happen ! My husband and I had our wedding reception here, and it was absolutely perfect! A hidden gem in Somis! Johnny is very accommodating and answered all my questions. We were able to bring in all our own vendors and set up the party to our liking. I highly recommend!

This was the perfect place to host a party for my family and friends!! It was an outdoor event at this beautiful and unique property. The grounds are extremely well kept and maintained. The string lighting added lots of ambiance when the sun went down. I can’t say enough about how Johnny and Briggite helped to make our event extraordinary! They went above and beyond!
