I"M SORRY BUT I DON'T DO PARTIES! This apartment is very versatile and conveniently located. It's one big inviting room that has tons of cool furniture and art. The space has three couches, two sitting areas, a huge dining room table with chairs, an open kitchen with breakfast bar, two full bathrooms, and two bedrooms. Come early and stay late! We can't wait to have you.

- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The space was gorgeous! Loved the decor and the lighting was perfect for a content creation shoot. We loved the natural lighting from the windows. The host Loen was very kind and super helpful. Highly recommend.
