NOISE Please keep quiet in all communal areas and try to avoid disrupting other members, especially while in the open space. We occasionally host events at the open space and lounges area starting at 6 or 7 PM. Please be mindful of event times and prepare accordingly. If you are using the communal areas and you need to take a phone call (or you’re just a loud talker), please use the one-on-one or the telephone booths, reserve a meeting room, or take the call outdoors. Please be aware of noise levels while using the meeting rooms to avoid disrupting other members. You are allowed to play music in your office at a reasonable volume so as long as it does not disturb your neighbours. From time to time we will host delegations which may cause some noise in the hallways, we’re sorry ahead of time for the disturbance. CLEANING Please keep the communal areas clean and ready for other members use (meeting rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, lounges etc.). When tidying up, please reuse and recycle. Try to use glass cups instead of paper and plastic as much as possible. Zero waste is an important goal for Mindspace, lets be green! Friday evening is fridge clean-up time. Don’t forget to take out all of your things before the weekend. Please make sure to clean all countertops and tables after eating or making coffee. Please refrain from moving any furniture in the communal areas. If you are an open space member, please make sure to leave your desk clean, push your chair in and throw away any trash. You may write with dry erase markers on the inner side of the glass walls of your office. Do not write on the sticker side, the marker will only come off the glass
