About the Space

The "Orange Room" accommodates 23 guests (per Covid 19 Guidelines) in an intimate stage setting. This theater is equipped with a stage elevated 6" in height, stage lights, pa system, and 55" smart tv. There is an adjoining conference room that can be rented for an extra charge, depending on availability. It is best utilized for small seminars and performances. It is licensed for seated performances/events. This theater is part of a larger venue. This venue has a total of 3 theaters, 2 conference rooms, and a lobby bar. This space has an HVAC system that is SICK BUILDING ORDINANCE COMPLIANT

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
