We look forward to hosting your next creative project! Join us for photo shoot or video productions. Our space features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, vintage wood floors. LOTS of natural light producing warm tones throughout the space. 4500 sq feet with upstairs mezzanine. The space is a beautiful textural space located in San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter. Housed within the historic Sterling Hardware Building. The artwork on view is available to be licensed for commercial usage, as well as private. The 500 sq ft urban patio outside showcases a large geometric mural by Monty Montgomery. Please inquire about pricing for events and bespoke event packages. Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
