Located in the heart of Potomac Yard, our game room offers an alternative and ideal space for your next party. Versatile enough to host groups up to 30 people. Take a 3D tour https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=oP5Az7AhHEN INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Seating for up to 30 - 5 Tables/ Chairs - 1 Pinball Machine - 1 Arcade Game - Shuffleboard - Foosball - Pool Table - Fireplace - Kitchenette equipped with sink and mini refrigerator - Wifi *TVs are not available for use* Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. No food services are provided onsite. Pets, confetti, amplified music (DJ, karaoke, etc.) and smoking are not permitted in the space at any time. Please note that all set up and clean time should be included in your reservation time. Please see rules section for additional information. To expedite the booking confirmation process please provide us with the following information when you submit your booking request: Do you plan on serving alcohol? - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The game room's space was very nice and well kept; however, getting guests and party materials and food into the space is quite challenging since it requires use of an app to unlock the lobby doors. Although there is a TV it is unable to be used in any way, neither can the fireplace be used. Finally lack of front desk support made it challenging. If you prefer having direct support on the ground, and have plans for a large party, you may want ensure you go in fully aware of the limited support.

The space is great! Nice and spacious. It is exactly as pictured and detailed. My family had a great time. The games were a hit for the kids and the older folks enjoyed the pool table. The venue was easy to find, and the parking was good around the building. We didn't experience the residence coming in and out which was a plus because there is actually another entrance to the pool area. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns quickly. I would definitely recommend this space.

It’s a great place to to entertain young adults. I will definitely use this place again for another event. The only negative part is the lighting . I did reach out to the host regarding to the lighting and did not get any response back . It was a little too dark certain area of the room. Also not much information on were to take the trash out. All and all we did enjoyed the place! Thank you!

The space is great! It’s nicely appointed and easy to find with access to great outdoor space. It was very clean and was exactly as pictured and detailed. The only downside is that it is a game room for a condo/apartment building that tenants have access to at all times. We had about ten people walk through the space during our event. They were all very nice and moved through the space quickly, causing no disturbance to the party per se. The “visitors” will cause me not to book the space again but they don't change my five star rating as the host was open and honest about the potential when I asked ahead of time. Speaking of the host, they are very responsive!
