About the Space
We have an amazing location for outdoor events including weddings, gatherings, camping events, family reunions, and/or photo and video shoots. With a pool, creek, Japanese maple garden, rose garden, herb garden, vegetable garden, goats and chickens; the space has several different areas to enjoy and that can work as a backdrop depending on the need/theme.

Lighting description
Inside, the back of the house is lined with windows that have full shades. The back of the house with the pool gets morning light, the front of the house gets the afternoon light. The pool is usually fully shaded by 3pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Inside the house can be very quiet. The front field is noisier as we sit up off a busier road, the back field with the pool is much quieter.

No steps into the house. Equipment can be moved easily as needed. To get to the back field, nothing too large but trailers/vans etc will fit back there and can unload easily.

General Rules
All garbage must be taken off the property. No access to greenhouse without approval. There are no bathrooms on the property, bathroom rental will be required.
All ages are allowed in the space

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All spaces are cleaned and sanitized prior to the event. All parties are responsible for their own clean-up including garbage removal.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
