About the Space
This listing is for private access to our beautiful barn event space conveniently located in Sonoma, CA. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you're interested. The Barn: •The downstairs of the barn has a welcome barn and beautiful French antiques all around. The upstairs is a very large open, high ceiling space that can accommodate up to 50 people. •There is a kitchen upstairs and a restroom. The grounds are stunning and lots of room for guests to stretch their legs. Visit the miniature horse "Party Girl" and meet the brood of hens. Set-up and tear-down time will need to be included in the hours and timeframe that you book. This is an ideal space for celebrations, yoga classes, private events & more!

This place is true magic. As soon as you step foot on the property you feel calm and relaxed. It's so beautiful and well taken care of. Sarah is a dream to work with, she's very friendly and accommodating. She was open to letting us use the space however we wanted and wasn't strict about every little thing like some venues can be. We hosted an executive offsite here and our team had an AMAZING time! We used the grounds during the day for team building and then hosted a dinner inside the barn with a private chef and even ended the night with a dance party. I'm so thankful that we found Sarah and this great property it was perfect.

I don't have enough words to express how fantastic our experience at this location was. Working with Sarah was a dream! She was very responsive and kind. Her property exceeded expectations. We hosted a bachelorette day that was the highlight of everyones year. All our jaws dropped when we arrived at the address and there wasn't one corner of the property that didn't provide a beautiful backdrop. From the bar in the barn, to the restrooms, and everything in between, it was clean, safe, and gorgeous. I could absolutely see us using this space again for future showers, or for our annual family ladies luncheon. This was by far one of the most enjoyable and memorable days of my life and I'm just so grateful that Sarah helped make it possible by opening her property to us.
