Welcome to EPIC House located in Peoria AZ. This stunning and modern 3800 square foot house is luxurious inside and out. This incredible property is your private retreat, you will feel like you are on permanent vacation and not in Arizona when you look at this space. This outdoor paradise features two swimming pools, 6 waterfalls, jumping rocks, fiber optic lighting between boulders, the main pool is huge (45 feet Long) and heated, 600 SQ foot covered Gazebo/Outdoor living room with huge turbo grills, outdoor tv with satellite, Swim-up Bar with seating for 4, Misting System/Fog so powerful you could get lost. EPIC House looks like your very own five-star private resort with a California / South beach vibe. Amazing lighting, lush palm trees, and a newly add zen garden with a giant buddha statue and a fire pit area. House amenities are of the highest quality: Gorgeous granite floors, massive octagon-shaped kitchen, wine rack, two full-size refrigerators, LED Stair Case, Stone walls, 25-foot ceilings, 3 car garage, 2500 square foot circular driveway. Awesome experience. Steve is the perfect host. The space was unbelievable. Such a beautiful home and the pools and backyard were like a high end resort. I'm looking forward to booking again soon!

It was a joy to rent this home. Steve's home is amazing... A must see in person... It was even more amazing meeting the owner Steve. He's a pleasant and kind soul. He made it so easy for us. At one time, I thought he was actually part of the film crew. I would highly recommend this space. And thanks to my new relationship with Steve, I'm looking forward to longevity at this home... thank you again Steve... Thank you.... *You can look forward to seeing this house on an upcoming series on Prime, called "Knowledge is Power"

The house literally is epic and greatly fulfilled all my expectations and beyond. We had freedom to shoot in most areas both indoors and outdoors, allowing almost limitless opportunities to get multiple looks and backgrounds. My shoot comprised a small group, shooting mostly indoors due to the summer heat with the indoor temperature being perfect. The host Steve was extremely welcoming and accommodating and made this whole process seamless. I thoroughly recommend this place for any photo shoot.

My company runs photoshoots across the U.S and Steve (the owner) has been by far the best host we've had. We knew within 5 minutes that we are going to utilize his epic house again for future shoots. It's massive in size and one of kind. We can't personally thank him enough!
