This unique intimate "best-kept-secret" warehouse space works very well with business socials, meetings, baby showers and even weddings. It is a well-crafted space that has multi-media capabilities, microphones which makes ideal for conferences as well as business and educational seminars and workshops. Our spacing caters well for network mixers and other unique gatherings.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

The place is decent. Easy to decorate.the people were very helpful with our needs, really thankful.It met my needs. I would consider this place again for an event. Place does need some upgrading, but fair for their price.
