We can fit about 75 cars in the grass.

The windows are Pella with curtains. You can bring black out curtains. The brightest part of the day is 1pm.

We can not hear or see neighbors or roads. There is minimal noise from appliances and HVAC.

Most production trucks park near the garage and can stay there for the day.

We have a 600 amp transformer. We only have single phase power. We have 9 outlets for RV shore power and Edison throughout.

Close outside doors when entering and leaving. 7. No cutting on countertops. 8. No Glitter. 9. No Duct Tape on Property! No hanging with 3m or gaph on walls or ceilings inside the house. It is permitted on trim. No hanging with 3m or gaph on trim outside but is permitted on walls outside. 10. Do NOT touch the wall paper in the library or put any kind of tape on the wall paper in the library. 11. Keep in mind, we have a bunny and chickens in a pen. We also have sheep and a llama on the hill. 12. We have an outside cat (please keep outside) and indoor/outdoor Beagle. (Bonnie the dog has an invisible fence.) 13. Over 30 people, we require you to rent a luxury bathroom. We have a contact that has it available at $700 per day. You may also bring port a potties. Please communicate to your team to use the outside restrooms in this case. 14. Is shore power needed? $50 for power per service. (9 Available) 15. Is a fireplace with fire needed? $50 for use. Make sure flu is open. 16. Is the John Deere Gator needed? $75 for use. 17. Is a tent needed? $25 to rent. 18. Haze is allowed. The (4) Nest Alarms will need to be removed if using Haze. 19. If something gets damaged, please let us know right away and do not try to hide it. 20. If lights bulbs are removed from lamps, please put back in the same lamp. Most light bulbs are LED Wifi bulbs programed for those lamps. 21. Please keep doors that say private closed. 22. Do a walk through with home owner at end of day to make sure all furniture is back in place. 23. Allow time to vacuum at end of day.
