The soundproof audio & video studio is high quality audio recording, video conferencing or recording made easy. This space has been used for podcasts, audiobook recordings, voice recordings, audio editing, green screen video and screen captures. The studio is available for hourly ($79/hour) and daily rental ($599/day). The room comes with a professional audio and video recording devices and software. What else comes with it? All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

The space is perfect for an audio/podcast recording. If your interview requires any form of video recording you will need lights as it’s rather dark. Overall, loved the space and would book again.
