All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our space is an artist-run gallery, a photography studio and an event rental space located in San Francisco’s SoMa district. The gallery is a short walking distance to Moscone and the Financial District. Major freeways and transportation are also easily accessible. This ground level studio is a 900 square feet space that is great for photo and video shoots, corporate gatherings and workshops. This studio is available for full day use, Half days are also available.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I had to book a space very last minute for a video shoot, and Laura was so great to work with. She even put up with me texting her incessantly the day of the rental to switch the schedule around. Would highly recommend the space for anyone looking to rent it.

I held a birthday party potluck for about twenty people here and the space was perfect! Laura was extremely easy to get a hold of and great at communicating the details of her gallery. She was kind enough to allow me to arrive early to set up and had some furniture, folding chairs and a table that we were able to use, as well as a big rack with hangers for guests to hang their coats. The gallery is a blank slate so you can really decorate it for whatever event you're hosting. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this space to anyone looking to have a party.

Laura's place was a perfect layout for our Release Party that we had to promote our brand! She had few pieces of furniture that allowed guests to sit and relax while enjoying the night. A spacious floor for guests to also stand and vibe to music. Her hang rack was perfect to promote our apparel and the back room was perfect to store inventory and personal belongings. Laura is very easy to work with! Very flexible. The space is great, with a back room for keeping stuff out of the way. The only real issue is that the neighborhood is sketchy, but we didn't have any problems.
