All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Absolutely gorgeous, half acre lot: With stunning views of the Santa Monica Mountains and the valley beyond, this beautifully designed and updated contemporary home is the perfect place to film. Peace and tranquility abound; quality is apparent with convenient parking space available for multiple vehicles on the side of the house. Open floor plan, new distressed wooden flooring, interior and exterior built-in speakers, rooms flooded with natural light, and beautiful earth tones create the perfect ambiance for entertaining or relaxing. Sliding doors open from a huge family room and the kitchen to the resort-style backyard which features a saltwater swimmer's pool and spa, expansive flagstone patio, and outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue and refrigerator. The family-style kitchen which views the backyard is highlighted by custom wood cabinetry and granite counters and features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, such as a 6-burner Wolf range with griddle, Miele dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator. A pristine saltwater swimmer's pool and spa with jetliner views and outdoor fireplace are perfect settings for year-round enjoyment. Adjacent access trails await the active outdoor enthusiast.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

I booked this venue for a baby shower that turned out so great! The host was very kind and responsive. Hazel and her husband answered all of my questions and even had no problem meeting with the party rental company when our photo backdrop was being delivered. They were very patient and personable people. I couldn’t thank them enough for opening their home and helping the event come to life. The venue was gorgeous just as advertised and had wonderful views. I will book again!
