Still photography lights are included in your rental rate. We do not rent video lights.

We are not a soundstage. We can control the ambient noise inside the building **by reserving all three studios.** Multiply the hourly rate X 3 to determine your rate. You may encounter room tone, the sound of rain on the roof, sounds from outside, and noise from adjacent properties. We have hosted numerous professional audio productions that do not require the noise attenuation of a soundstage. A site survey is recommended if you’re unsure of your requirements. No refunds if you book for audio and we don't meet your audio needs.

Stairs

Studio C has a loading dock for large equipment load-in and out. You must rent Studio C if you need the loading dock.

This studio has a curtained dressing room and two HMUA stations. The studio does not have additional private spaces.

Your shoot is limited to your studio. The common areas are not available for shoots.

Our electrical system can accommodate general photo and video lighting needs. Additional 30 amp circuits have been installed to support larger lighting packages. Please inquire if your system requires extra power.

BOOKING RULES **We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, and smoking. These are not permitted, and violators will be asked to leave without a refund.** Smoke machines are NOT permitted in this studio. 1. Suggested maximum people on set— Studio A: Up to 10 people, Studio B: Up to 10 people but fits 5 comfortably, Studio C: Up to 10 people. 2. We are a Time-In and Time-Out studio. You will be allowed into your studio at your start time and have a clean & reset studio by your end time. You MUST be out of the studio no later than the end of your reservation. No exceptions. If you need additional time for setting up and breaking down, book more time in your reservation. We don't offer a grace period. 3. No music videos or live instruments. 5. NO GLITTER. Anything potentially messy MUST be approved. Ex. water, body painting, mud, body oil, snow, etc. Additional cleaning fees may apply. HOUSE RULES The person who made the reservation is responsible for all people on their set including damages. 1. First-time clients will be required to receive a short orientation to the studio and the equipment. 2. Food and drinks must be kept inside the studio. Ask staff if you need an additional trash can. 3. Do not stand, run, sit, etc. on the curve of the cyc wall. It is hollow and will not support weight. You will be charged for damages. 4. Clients are responsible for all damages caused during the rental. These charges are at the discretion of our staff 5. Clean up fees may be applied if the studio is left in an overly messy state including messy shoots, not putting away props and furniture, etc. 6. Props including furniture may be used. Please ask staff for assistance moving furniture onto and off of the cyc wall, if necessary. You are expected to leave the studio as you found it. 7. Do not enter studio spaces without permission from staff. Staff may enter any part of the studio at any time. 8. ANIMALS: Must have written consent from our staff. All animals must have a handler at all times. The handler must have this as their sole position for the shoot. 9. MINORS: Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian with them at all times. 10. Studio furniture and props are available on a first come first serve basis. 11. Requests to shorten the booking time are subject to Peerspace's cancelation policy.

We have a variety of props and accessories available on a first come first served basis. You may rearrange the furniture in your studio while you're shooting and it needs to be reset when your reservation is over. Furniture cannot be removed from the studio. You are not permitted to hang or affix anything to the walls.
