About the Space
This is a 1924 SWBell switching station that was transformed into a unique loft residence with one large 4,100 square foot open area with 17 oriental rugs, several seating areas with couches, 15-foot ceilings, 10 10-foot arched windows, a glass garage door, and then another 1,500 square feet comprised of a den and three private eclectic themed en-suite bedrooms. It is perfect for photo and video shoots. It was featured in Design STL Magazine. It would also be ideal for a corporate brainstorming retreat or conference. It has stunning natural daylight and then glows at night with all the eclectic lighting. It becomes truly magical as the sun sets.

My fiancé and I just did our engagement photos here and it was so much fun! The atmosphere and the incredibly unique spaces are incredibly hard to find in just one place. If anyone plans to do an event or a photo shoot here, I hope you have as much fun as we did!

WE LOVED IT! Such a special place. We booked this space for a client's editorial product shots. The space was "electric" and offered so many different vibes allowing us to get many different styles of images in one full day of shooting. This location also wowed our Client. They trusted us to pick the location and saw it in person for the first time on the day of the event. It was more than what they expected from the pictures, and they were delighted. Kristen, whose imagination brought this space to life, was spectacular to work with. She opened her home and her heart to our project, and we couldn't be more grateful. She even let us work her tiny chihuahua into our shoot, which is being used in the Client's Valentine's Day promotions. Thank You, Kristen! We can't recommend this location and Kristen enough.
