We had an absolutely fantastic experience hosting our event at Kristin's Peerspace venue. From the very beginning, Kristin's excellent communication and friendly demeanor made the entire booking process seamless and enjoyable. The space itself was simply stunning, equipped with almost every amenity one could possibly need for hosting an event. Kristin's attention to detail was evident throughout, and everything came together perfectly to create an unforgettable experience. We couldn't have asked for a better host or venue, and we wholeheartedly recommend Kristin's space to anyone looking to host a remarkable event!

Amazing space and great host!

WE LOVED IT! Such a special place. We booked this space for a client's editorial product shots. The space was "electric" and offered so many different vibes allowing us to get many different styles of images in one full day of shooting. This location also wowed our Client. They trusted us to pick the location and saw it in person for the first time on the day of the event. It was more than what they expected from the pictures, and they were delighted. Kristen, whose imagination brought this space to life, was spectacular to work with. She opened her home and her heart to our project, and we couldn't be more grateful. She even let us work her tiny chihuahua into our shoot, which is being used in the Client's Valentine's Day promotions. Thank You, Kristen! We can't recommend this location and Kristen enough.

Kristin's place is fantastic! Highly recommend for just about ANY event you can dream up. With so many different cool nooks and crannies to her space, it's awesome to have both smaller, more private spaces and one large area for gathering. Kristin is a very responsive host, and was very accommodating onsite, helping with a few items like tape and an extension cord that I would have needed to run out and get otherwise. Can't recommend booking with her enough! I'll be back for sure.

Kristin and her space are absolutely amazing! We found her space last minute for my engagement photos due the weather being so crazy! She is the kindest person! When I say that it is one of a kind, I mean it! Her space is something you would see in a magazine! Beautifully decorated and curated by Kristin! 100/10 I would love to go back there again! We were in St. Louis to film some interviews for a documentary. The space was exactly as listed and perfect for what we needed. Kristin went above and beyond to make sure our shoot went as smoothly as possible. Eclectic Bohemian Loft is worth every penny and we'll defiantly be using it again when we're back in town.

I can not say enough good things about Kristin and her space. The space is truly beautiful and incredibly unique. You can really tell how much time and effort she has put into perfectly curating every single inch of her building. She was also a breeze to work with. She answered any questions we had, and was very accommodating. We genuinely enjoyed our time, and I would definitely work with her again.

We booked the location for a TV interview and the space was perfect for our needs and looked terrific! Kristin was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We look forward to using the space and working Kristin again in the future!
