Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We disinfect the space before and after each booking. We look forward to having you here. Please ask any further questions of us regarding our COVID-19 and Cleaning policies.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

About the Space

With a large indoor and outdoor space in a prime Santa Barbara location, the Oniracom office is a creative and unique venue for wedding receptions and parties. We’ve hosted live bands, DJs, psychedelic light shows, food trucks, BBQ grills, full bars, and merchandise booths! Parking description

Parking lot onsite fits up to 10 cars. Additional parking in the lot across the street. Street parking also available.

General Rules

The use of duct tape or any other non-approved tape/glue/adhesive material is prohibited on any Studio facility surfaces or equipment. No smoking tobacco inside building (smoking areas in front and back of building).

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security video cameras at each entry/exit of our building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
