We are a premier event space in lower Manhattan right in TriBeCa/SoHo. Our space can accommodate 70+ guests using our space and additional floors. Please inquire further. Open and clear, the space consists of our bright loft with hardwood floors, mixed white wall and brick in a historic landmark building in TriBeCa. High-speed internet ideal for live streams. We feature a 35' foot multi-wall immersive projection and audio PA system. Large sunny windows in the daytime are perfect for photo and film shoots, as a dance and yoga space, and for meetings and pop-ups. The large loft space in the back room is free and clear, perfect for building out your events. We have experience in all sorts of events including workshops, lectures, birthdays, parties, and performances. We have a wide variety of furniture, lighting, audio, backdrops with multiple colors of seamless paper, and projection content for use in your events. The space is also equipped with a kitchenette with hot plates, catering food warmer, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery and a variety of glassware. We work with various decorators and caterers and our team would be glad to help mediate the process of your event planning. We would be glad to bundle in various items for your event. Please inquire further. Booking is for the event space only. Pricing is based on the number of guests. Full and half day rates available.

The space is cleaned and disinfected before and after each booking.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
