We are a premier photo and video production space in lower Manhattan right in TriBeCa.
Open and clear, the space consists of our bright loft with hardwood floors, mixed white wall and brick in a historic landmark building in TriBeCa. High-speed internet ideal for live streams.
We have a 35' full-wall immersive projection for photo and video production.
We have a wide variety of furniture, lighting, audio, backdrops with multiple colors of seamless paper, and projection for rental.
*Booking is for the event space only. Pricing is based on the number of guests. Full and half day rates available. Please inquire further.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
