About the Space

We are a premier photo and video production space in lower Manhattan right in TriBeCa. Open and clear, the space consists of our bright loft with hardwood floors, mixed white wall and brick in a historic landmark building in TriBeCa. High-speed internet ideal for live streams. We have a 35' full-wall immersive projection for photo and video production. We have a wide variety of furniture, lighting, audio, backdrops with multiple colors of seamless paper, and projection for rental. *Booking is for the event space only. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

We had booked holding area for a film shoot on the wrong date. 🤪 Host accommodated our needs, on another floor. Can't say more about how grateful we are! Gigantic space, absolutely can't say enough how happy we were to have booked here!!!!!

I can't say enough great things about this space and Adam. It was the perfect spot to host our classroom style event. Loved how the kitchen/dining area is separate from the rest of the room. Great for setting up catered food. Adam was extremely helpful in every aspect that I needed. From answering questions over the phone, letting me see the space the day before our event, and helping with all the Tech/AV needs. He even scored me a toaster!!!

Adam was absolutely fantastic and beyond helpful! We had such a smooth production and any little thing that needed to be addressed Adam was prepared to be hands on and helpful. It was also pretty quiet for an interview space, and the place is much larger than in photos which was very helpful! Highly recommend.
