Our conference room is a great place for private meetings. Smart TV for presentations and high speed WIFI are included in the rental. Room uses: Business/Meetings, Workshops/Training, Photo/Film shoot Room environment: Windows/Natural light Audio / Visual / Internet: Built-in Smart TV, Whiteboards, Free High-speed WIFI Our listing's hourly rate applies to weekdays. For weeknights (after 6 pm) and weekends, the minimum is 2 hours and cost is $50/hour

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

I was looking for a last minute quiet space to take a couple of conference calls, and found this listing. I submitted a request and received a confirmation very quickly (less than 30 minutes, I think). The conference room was just as shown in the photo - bright and airy and spacious. It was just for me, but it could easily have been a meeting for 8-10 people and still felt comfortable. Saskia had the room set up for me when I got there. The room has A/C or heat so you can set to a comfortable temperature. There's also a whiteboard and a tv for video conferencing. It's also very quiet. As I was using the space, there were people just outside (I could see them through a window), but I couldn't hear them, which made the space even more private. I plan to book again the next time I'm in town.
