Please note: 3 hour minimum on weekdays and 4 hour minimum on weekends. Highly finished complete photography studio. Air conditioned and heated. 19 foot 2-sided cyclorama wall, full kitchen, dressing room, restroom, clothing steamer and bluetooth speaker for music, Free Wi-Fi. Extras: For stills, have 2x Flashpoint Explor 600s, 4x PCB Einsteins, 1x AD300 pro, plenty of modifiers. For video we have 3 Litepanels Astra 1x1 bicolor continuous lights with small softboxes and bluetooth control. We have a large 6x6 scrim. Convenient to 78 freeway, shops and restaurants walking distance. We now have a blackout curtain instead of the blinds pictured. *Space rentals include use of our space only and do NOT include photo or video/audio services of any kind*

Common areas and surfaces are disinfected before your rental. We run a HEPA air filter with UV light during your rental. Please let us know if you need fresh paint on the cyclorama for head to toe shots.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
