All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Ideal for a lunch or dinner event or a workshop with breakout rooms. Great for groups from 4 people to twenty five or thirty. We also have coffee, tea a water cooler, a small refrigerator, a dry erase whiteboard and a copy machine and printer. There are 2 coed bathrooms in the suite, about 20 chairs and 3 tables, 4 desks. There is also a variety of magazines in waiting room. Overhead lighting with attractive covers, plenty of light and a google home device for music

General Rules
No smoking, Outside catering is welcome, alcohol permitted through special request to Renter. There is a coat rack by front door as well as door matt to wipe feet as you come in. We also have a bell system to notify you when someone comes in the front door, The bell can be activated or deactivated as you wish prior to your event
All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
