This space is perfect to host your next social gathering or business event. The large, open floor plan allows you to design the space to your event needs. We host baby showers, photo shoots, workshops, and more! We provide 40 chairs and five tables with each rental. Our space also has a kitchen area and modern bathrooms for you and your guests.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Floor was dirty and nasty! Jay is not transparent with all prices and fees. After we booked we got sent over another invoice for the difference $75 per hour for a staff member.. to do nothing really.(she wasn’t bad though). It took us until the day before our event to finally get a virtual tour of the space. Other than that it was cool, will not rent again though. And I just personally don’t like Jay, from my experiences.
