Please send an inquiry with a description of your project, not a booking request. Film and Video productions (as opposed to still photography) have an additional fee of +$150/hour (i.e. $145/hr (base) + $150/hr (film surcharge)) = $295/hr for film and video projects. This surcharge is due to the need for multiple scouts, heavier footprint, wear & tear, and EQ associated with these shoots. Additional costs: - 1x $350 Site Rep Fee - 1x $200 Cleaning Fee Finally, we require all bookings to put down a Security Deposit (5x hourly fee). This Security Deposit will be returned to your account within 5-10 business days assuming no damages occurred during your shoot. The hourly base rate increases as your head count increases. Please plug in your numbers to calculate your base rate in the Peerspace widget. Someone from our team will be on site with you for the duration of the shoot to orient you in the space and also to verify head count and that all rules are followed. There are 30x Chairs and 6x Folding Tables at this Location. The desks have been removed. We have a 8 hour minimum, if you book for 6 hours you will be charged for 8 hours. If you book for 6 hours, you must still let us know if your schedule shifts. The safest way to plan to avoid overages like OT is to simply schedule yourself for the full 8 hours even if you do not anticipate needing the full amount of time. Large impact network/commercial filming will require a customized fee schedule. We do not accommodate discounts and cannot be flexible with minimum hours. You cannot book this location for a few hours. See our other locations linked below! This content creation location is suitable for photo and film, located in Ridgewood. We had a wonderful experience shooting at this location in Ridgewood. The entire process from start to finish was professional…from Max hosting us for the location scout to Tim’s management and helpfulness on our shoot day. Andrew has a lock on some of the best locations in NY. This is the second of his locations I have used for music videos. Many different looks were easily achievable. The space is huge. Thanks to all involved.

This is the best space. The price seems expensive but it is not expensive at all for that building. And the site rep Max was perfect and so nice and kind.
