About the Space
An intimate, rustic 10 acre western style ranch located minutes from the 101 Freeway, Malibu Beaches and San Fernando Valley. We have numerous authentic western relics throughout the property including: a saloon, merchantile building, mine shaft, outhouse and a 2500 square foot main house also available for renting . We also have large mature trees and cacti throughout our property. Our panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains and abundant natural light are ideal for filming, photo shoots, and special events. This property is incredible--it was pure magic for our event. We had a baby shower and needed a space where people could safely gather and this was definitely it. Despite it being a hot day, there was enough shade under the beautiful oak trees to keep everyone cool, and enough fun things to see to keep kids and adults entertained. It was the perfect way to welcome our baby boy and share time with family and friends. I'd happily book this space again in the future.
