An intimate, rustic 10 acre western style ranch located minutes from the 101 Freeway, Malibu Beaches and San Fernando Valley. We have numerous authentic western relics throughout the property including: a saloon, merchantile building, mine shaft, outhouse and a 2500 square foot main house also available for renting . We also have large mature trees and cacti throughout our property. Our panoramic views of the Santa Monica Mountains and abundant natural light are ideal for filming, photo shoots, and special events. We provide cleaning based on type of event that is being held starting at $75-200. This price will be listed on our rental agreement. Should renters need to be inside, we will follow CDC guidelines.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
