Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

About the Space

Historically Modern Delano sits in one of the most desirable neighborhood in Wichita.This little gem was built in 1910 a charming old house and it has so much character to offer for photo shoot and filming. We had a pleasure of hosting oxygen net work here doing documentary back in 2018. This is also a great small meeting location design for 4-6 people. The home is also equipped with 60" TV with access to Netflix and high speed of 300mbp,

Parking description

The immediate driveway belong to the neighbor. We have a parking pad behind the house and guests can also park in front of the house.

General Rules

No smoking inside the house The door to the laundry and to the backyard needs to closed at all time. Please don't use the toaster and microwave at the same time.

All ages are allowed in the space

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
