Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk. - Profile photo must be clear and up to date with nothing obstructing your face. - All guests with no reviews must have government identification and photos sent us prior to check in. We may choose to run a background check on guests with no reviews. - The guest who booked the unit must check-in which is verified our security team failure to due so could lead to termination of the stay with no refund. - Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm - Do not disrespect Neighbors - No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays - this includes "social gatherings" of any definition or reason. - No Loud music - Please follow check-in and out instructions - Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames. - Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe. - If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. - We reserve the right to enter the unit if we determine there is an emergency issue. Device or ask us to help you. - Mail service not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests that require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS - You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing. All communication regarding your reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation. - No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. - Tampering with any equipment such as doorbell camera, security panel, exterior cameras, smoke detectors, co2 detectors, and wifi is grounds for termination of the reservation without a refund. - 24/7 Monitoring by camera and security/emergency services by Vivint. Front and Back Door cameras. - 24/7 Monitoring by camera for the Garage Parking. - 24/7 Noise level monitoring by Minut.
