About the Space
My husband & I rehabbed an old bank turning it into an unique living/entertaining space. The main floor is about 1500 sq. feet of open space. The natural light is great with 18 foot ceilings & 8 windows that are 5x10 feet. We tried to preserve many of the original details; terrazzo floor, marble & the copper & glass vestibule. You will also find 1 smaller room on the main floor that can be used. The original safe is still in tact, but scrappers got the safe's door. There are also two unique outdoor areas; a courtyard between our buildings, it's about 850 sq. feet strung with lights & a patio, about 800 sq. feet. Either area could easily be tented.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Lynne was a fantastic host, she helped us book quickly for a last minute shoot and she greeted the crew and even made coffee for everyone. Space was beautiful to shoot in. Only problem was that we did have some sound issues as we were conducting a video interview and there is a truck yard next door that is very active during the day. Would be a great location if soundproofing is not a concern.

Great location, great host! Very cool place, really big inside with lots of depth - required a little extra sound control for echo but worked very well to stage filming there. Easy to access from major freeways and plenty of parking for a full crew... Nice :)
