Cozy Studio Space in Chelsea's Garden District

This space is an award winning non-profit theatre located in the heart of the Chelsea Garden district. Our beautiful facility has been home to many successful theatrical events, film productions, fashion shoots and business seminars. We have 2 Studio spaces that are perfect for photoshoots, product presentations, or filming. In addition to the studio, for an additional cost we can offer access to the Black Box Theatre space. It is a luxurious 60-seat theatre with a deep stage and gorgeous proscenium arch. We also have a kitchen area if your event requires food or drinks to be laid out. You will feel the warmth, comfort and safety that our creative facility provides as soon as you step off the elevator! We offer special rates to non-profits, daytime renters and long-term renters. Added incentive: your rental dollars go directly to the Builders of The New World, our award-winning after school program for homeless children and youth-at-risk. Space Dimensions: Studio 1 - 20 x 22 ft (fits 30 people comfortably) Studio 2 - 17 x 18 ft (fits up to 25 people) Our rates vary based on how you use the studios and how many guests you need to accommodate. Studio 2 is a cozy room that can seat around 20 people. It's carpeted, soundproof and a well lit room. It can be used for meetings in the mornings, evening classes, or yoga classes.
