There is free onsite parking up to eight cars two on the driveway and four in front of the place.

All rooms have natural light and blackout curtains the main room has drenched natural light no black out curtains

Can you hear neighbors?No Are you on a busy street?No Any noise from appliances or AC?No There is a waterfall running and you can sometimes hear some distance noises such planes,helicopters and sirens but rather rare. There is a gardener service once a week !

Ground Floor

It is on the ground level only few steps to the door garden has free parking up to four cars front or on the side You can load your equipment in the front of the house no ramp is needed.You can move the trucks after downloading.

The place is from 1940s lighting is old school There are outlets in every room They may or may not take the extra load if you use extreme power set up ..Please set up your equipment accordingly!
