The windows are treated with blinds in the bedrooms, a removable sheet in the living space, and the other smaller windows in bathroom/kitchen are untreated.

This is NOT the space for complete silence. You will occasionally hear street noise and planes overhead as we are near the highway and minutes from the airport.

Front door accessible from driveway on ground floor.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms, wherever you aren't shooting.

Ask host for BREAKER BOX key. Outlets on every wall in rooms, (bathrooms are to the right of the sinks), Breaker box on the rear exterior.

We are fans of good music & fun with family and friends, just please be mindful that you are a guest in our space. Quiet hours: Weekdays: 11pm Weekends: 2AM -No smoking -No fires/fire-pit -No candles -Surveillance Cameras are provided around the property for safety. -Additional chairs/seating can be found in the hallway closets. -Please try to keep the thermostat between 68-75. If you need assistance adjusting air/heat shoot us a message. -Small Group events are permitted with the understanding that the booking party (person who made the reservation) should clean up after their guests & will be financially responsible for replacing/repairing any and all damages that occur during the visit. Should a problem occur with collection for damages, that same individual will be reported to Peerspace and law enforcement if necessary. Parking: -4 cars can fit in the driveway if parked side by side. It is alright if one is in the grass a bit. -Please remove all valuables from cars and lock all doors. The host is NOT responsible for theft outside of the gates of the property. -Do not block any neighboring driveways (read parking signs). The host is not responsible for towed vehicles.

Furniture should not be removed from the building but can be moved around to suit production needs. Wall decor can be removed or covered with a non-adhesive backdrop if not removable.
