Ground Floor

Equipment can be loaded into the space through the front double doors.

The storage closet.

The circuit breaker is located straight in the back wall of the space. There are several outlets found around the space.

Please keep in mind time you will need for set up and breakdown time and include it in your booking your session timeframe. We would like for each guest's session to start on time without any delays from previous bookings. Furniture can be re-arrange and manipulated inside of studio as long as furniture is reset back to its original spot prior to the end of your booking. For no reason at all is any furniture allowed to be taken outside the studio doors. This includes but is not limited to plaza's side walk and/or parking lot. Outside catering and vendors are allowed. The Stylish Loft does not serve any alcohol. No sparkles or open flames are permitted. Free standing decorations and props are allowed. Decor that may damage or puncture walls, paint or flooring is prohibited (ex nails, screws, staples, tape, etc.). ALL decoration, flowers, glitter, confetti, etc are to be removed by the end of rental period. Damages to property are subject to a fine. Children are not permitted to wonder grounds without adult supervision.

Furniture can be moved and rearrange inside of the studio only. For no reason at all is the furniture allowed to be moved outside of studio. This includes and is not limited to side walk and/or parking lot.
