About the Space
New modern Webster Wilson designed townhouse style home in the heart of Buckman neighborhood, has been featured in 2020 Portland AIA tour. House is approximately 1,800 sqft 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with great views of downtown and the west hills. Multiple decks include 4th floor deck, green roof deck access, large deck off kitchen and living floor, and ground floor patio. Unique horizontal clerestory windows allow great light throughout home.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great space, would book again!
Our photoshoot in this house was a really great experience. We decided, last minute, to make use of a rare sunny fall day, and the windows in this house made the light the star of the show. The plants make the space feel warm and like home, the kitchen is so cute, and the host was very quick to respond. I highly recommend.
