About the Space

Our house is conveniently located in the creative district of Westside, Atlanta GA. The house has many rooms and windows with the perfect amount of natural lighting. Our house has modern style decor with plenty of rooms with stylish decor to be creative in. The state of the art kitchen is perfect for cooking demos, the living room is perfect for lifestyle photo shoots etc.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Monique was very gracious and her rules/expectations are all very reasonable. Loved the interior design. Small space so be mindful if bringing in lots of gear.

The host was very responsive when we arrived and the air conditioning wasn't working, she notified me before hand and called me back as soon as she could despite traveling, when we got there and it was too hot inside to turn on our photo lights. She allowed me to cancel the rest of my reservation and offered a refund. The space was super cute and I was bummed we couldn't use it for our photos.
